MasterChef contract: there is not migrator functionality. The after pools setup, the contract will be moved to 24h timelock. Important functions:
\- updateMultiplier, updateBonus, updateIceCreamPerBlock: this function allow the governance user to change rewards of the pool. As this functions does not represent any risk of rug pulls, they are not behind timelock.
IceCreamToken contract: does not allow external mint by any wallet. Only allow minting in 2 conditions:
1\) by MasterChef to pay reward to users.
2\) One time governance mint to airdrop. After that onetime mint, governance can't call mint again.
**Timelock set for 24 hour, any changements the dev team want to do in the code, it will be delay for 24h before they are effective and the changements are going to be public until then.**
**- dev:** allow us to change governance address, governance address is used to set any pool param that does not poses risk to user funds. Like reward and multiplier.
**- updateMultiplier:** allow governance to change the multiplier of the pool.
**- updateBonus**: allow governance to change bonus period of the pool.
**- updateIceCreamPerBlock**: allow governance to change the amount of IceCream tokens minted in each block as reward.
**For the tax fees on harvest, the tax can be only changed trough the 24H timemelock :**
Tax implemented on safeCreamTransfer at MilkShake contract. The taxed amount is sent to fee address.
**Caution**: there is a 10% fee on every harvest and in every farming pool to prevent from hyperinflation. All those IceCream fees are going to be burned.
